Full Time - Tel Aviv Office

​Role Overview
 

Yael Adventures is seeking a visionary and systematic Managing Director to oversee the entire operational lifecycle of the company. You will be responsible for the "Big Picture" execution—integrating Sales, Marketing, Logistics, and Education into a seamless workflow.

​

This is a high-stakes leadership role requiring a rare blend of creative strategy, financial literacy, and technical systems mastery. You will be the architect of our internal processes, the guardian of our budgets, and the lead designer of trip proposals for our global partners.

 

Core Strategic Responsibilities

  • Workflow Integration: Direct and synchronize the efforts of the Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Operations and Educational departments to ensure unified company goals.

  • Systems & Infrastructure: Design, implement, and optimize the company’s tech stack (Salesforce, Airtable, etc.) to automate and scale operations.

  • Financial & Budgetary Oversight: Develop, manage, and report on annual and project-based budget plans, ensuring maximum ROI and fiscal responsibility.

  • Partnership Development: Craft high-level, compelling trip proposals for international partners.

  • End-to-End Logistics Management: Oversee the complex movement of participants, including flight coordination and busing infrastructure.

  • Educational Excellence: Ensure our educational content and on-ground experiences align with the brand’s mission and partner expectations.

 

Requirements​

Hebrew Fluency as well as High Level English: Essential for high-level proposal writing and international partner relations.

​

Systems Architecture: Expert-level understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce/Airtable) and the ability to build data-driven workflows.

​

Financial Acumen: Proven experience in budget planning, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.

​

Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success managing diverse teams across marketing, sales, and logistics.

​

Strategic Writing: Ability to draft professional, persuasive trip proposals and project briefs.

​

Flexibility: Willingness to operate across US and Israel time zones as needed.

​

Experience:

5+ years in a senior management or executive role (Travel/Non-profit/Educational sector preferred).

This is a full time position located in our Tel Aviv office.​
