Job Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee our sales rep team and lead them in moving leads through the sales funnel from lead generation to payment. With the goal of confirming as many paid participants as possible to join our Birthright-Israel trips. This position entails hiring, training, and managing the call center team as well as creating reach out and call center work plans. This position works closely with our Administration and Marketing teams on goal setting and reporting.
Requirements:

1-3 years of prior Sales/Recruitment experience – a must

Familiarity with CRM databases - advantage

Experience in leading a team

Fast, efficient, and works well under pressure

Strong skills in leadership, organization, motivation, analysis and accountability.

Familiarity with Birthright Israel recruitment process – big advantage.

Native level English Speaker

Working on evenings / nights (US hours)
