
Director of Operations and Administration
Full Time - Tel Aviv Office
Yael Adventures is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Director to lead our registration team in Tel Aviv. This role is a key part of the company and the registration process for our classic Birthright Israel 10-day trips, Volunteer programs and Onward Programs.
We need someone with excellent people skills and a native-level command of English to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including flight management, emails, phone calls, and managerial tasks. You’ll own the full life cycle of the application process for all programs and also be responsible for providing support to our team and managing administrative support for the office.
This role requires flexibility, as hours will vary and include a mix of US and Israel time zones. Birthright Israel alumni are an advantage but not a requirement.
Job Responsibilities:

Bus management- create and fill bus assignments

Perform administrative tasks like answering emails and phone calls.

Assist with applicant communication.

Create and maintain reports.

CRM Platform Management- working on Birthright’s Flight Data Base, Salesforce, Airtable, etc.

General processing of applications from registration to group assignments via Salesforce

Coordinating flight assignments

Supervision of admin coordinator
Requirements:

Excellent systems understanding and problem solving skills

Salesforce and other CRM platforms

Detail-oriented, highly organized, reliable and dependable

Quick Learner

Strong people skills.

Native-level English proficiency.

Ability to be flexible with hours, working across US and Israel time zones.
