
Partnership Project Manager
Full Time - Tel Aviv Office (Hybrid/Flexible)
Yael Adventures is seeking an organized, proactive, and people-oriented Partnership Project Manager to support and grow our partnerships department in Tel Aviv. This is a key role in expanding our trip partnerships, managing and being the face of our trip staff program, and supporting partner-related initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate brings strong relationship-building skills, experience in Jewish education and/or partnerships management, and native-level English proficiency. This role requires ownership of partner accounts from onboarding through execution, as well as responsibility for the recruitment, hiring, and training of Birthright trip staff for 10 day trips. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure high-quality program delivery and long-term partnership success.
This position requires flexibility, as work hours will span both U.S. and Israel time zones. Birthright Israel alumni and former Israel travel staff are strongly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Partner Account Management
-
Own a portfolio of partner accounts, managing the full lifecycle from onboarding to program execution

Serve as the primary point of contact for designated partners

Coordinate partner needs in collaboration with education, marketing, bookings, and operations teams

Oversee registration processes and generate relevant reports

Meet regularly with partners to review progress, goals, and program outcomes

Trip Staff Portfolio Management

Recruit, interview, and hire trip staff

Plan and implement staff training processes with support of Business Development Director

Maintain ongoing relationships with staff for future roles

Provide on-the-ground support as needed for staff, include check-ins

Partnership Development

Support recruitment and new partnership accounts

Assist with additional partnership-related projects as needed
Requirements:

Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and dependable

Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills

Quick learner with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Native-level English proficiency (spoken and written)

Background in Jewish education — strongly preferred

Experience working with U.S.-based Jewish organizations

Understanding of the U.S. Jewish community landscape — an advantage

Previous leadership experience

Ability to work flexible hours across U.S. and Israel time zones

Previous Birthright Israel or Israel travel staff experience — an advantage
